Q1: Are the used laptops at BD Tech Gallery reliable and in good condition?

Absolutely. Every used laptop we sell goes through a rigorous multi-point quality check before it is listed for sale. We inspect the processor performance, RAM, storage health, display quality, keyboard, battery life, ports, and overall physical condition.

Only laptops that meet our quality standards are made available to customers. Each product listing clearly mentions the laptop's condition, specifications, and any cosmetic imperfections — so you always know exactly what you're buying.

For extra peace of mind, all our laptops come with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a hardware issue arises within 30 days, we replace it.

Do you deliver laptops all over Bangladesh? How long does delivery take?

Yes! We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners including Pathao Courier, Sundarban Courier, AJR Courier and SA Paribahan.

Estimated delivery times:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

• Outside Dhaka (major cities): 2–3 business days

• Remote districts: 3–5 business days Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

You can also visit our physical store in Dhaka to collect your laptop in person.

What payment methods do you accept? Is cash on delivery available?

We offer multiple convenient payment options:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket — Mobile banking

• Bank Transfer — Direct to our account

• Cash — At our Dhaka store

• Card Payment — Visa / Mastercard (online)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected areas with an advance payment requirement. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing a COD order to confirm availability in your area.

What is your return and replacement policy for laptops?

We offer a 30-Day Replacement Policy on all laptops. If your laptop develops a genuine hardware defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with an equivalent or better unit — at no extra cost to you. To claim a replacement:

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your Order ID

2. Share a photo or video of the defect via WhatsApp or email

3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

4. Ship the laptop back or bring it to our Dhaka store

5. Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days after inspection

Please note: Physical damage, liquid damage, or software issues caused by the customer are not covered.

Which laptop is best for me — used, refurbished, or gaming? How do I choose?

The right laptop depends on your budget and how you plan to use it:

• Student / Budget user: A used laptop (Core i5, 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD) is ideal. Budget: ৳15,000–৳30,000

• Office / Business user: Look for a used business laptop like HP Elitebook, ThinkPad or Dell Latitude. Budget: ৳25,000–৳50,000

• Gamer: A dedicated gaming laptop with a discrete GPU (GTX 1650 or better). Budget: ৳50,000+

• General home use: Any used laptop with Core i3/i5, 8GB RAM will handle everyday tasks smoothly.
